Organic tomato/basil sauce.Tomato sauce is obtained by cooking the pulp of tomatoes in olive oil and used in Italian cuisine as a condiment for pasta. It's the result of a slow cooking. In a base of extra virgin olive oil, onions, carrots and celery are browned and then tomato puree is added and only selected leaves of highly fragrant basil.
